@Eric Moehrle Love hearing your story and the excitement! I have done the same for many years in Seattle and Bellevue, but sold all in 2016 through a divorce. Recently got started again because there is nothing quite like it. Bought multi-unit coastal So Ca and rehabbed with many headaches along the way, but now am starting to reap the benefits and appreciation is awesome. Thinking the next step is out of state where things are just starting. Keep going!
