As other suggested hire attorney who specializes in commercial real estate to go over your purchase contracts,lease agreements,SNDA and other tenant related documents.

I'm in the same boat like you, helping out a friend to lease his space. Planning to put it on local MLS,CREXI, contacting local commercial brokers as co-operating broker. BTW, I'm Realtor in Cincinnati area.Good luck.

What tools do you use when you do CMA on Commercial properties and commercial rental? I use CREXI want to know other tools investors use.
