Thank you for your help. I am new and still trying to get the hang of all this. How does the pricing work to purchase tax deed? I feel a bit silly asking  ut what is the difference between tax lien and tax deed? I have seem then used interchanably but have also seen people talk about them seperatly.

I have been doing tons of research on tax lien investments but there is still a lot I am unclear on. Lets say I buy a tax lian how long before I can foreclosure on the property. Also once I foreclosure on the property what would be the next steps? What would I have to pay to receive the loan? I see people saying that the title is free and clear, does that mean I do not have to pay the remaining balance on the mortgage?

I am looking at getting into REI and figured I would start with investing in Tax Liens. I was hoping to get in touch with people are are located or have invested in Tax Liens in Georgia. As this is my very first REI I am trying to get as much solid information before investing. Any information or tips would be helpful.
