Hi,

As I am looking to buy investment property in WI so thinking about creating an LLC. My question is should I use service like

or hire a lawyer or should just do it on my own? Another thing I am not in WI so do I need to go there to create an LLC or can I do all this online? I am a new to this so any advise would be helpful.

I read it somewhere on bp that even if I have an LLC in WI I'll still need to pay $800 as I live in CA

  I looking into purchasing an apartment building in Wauwatosa WI, west allies WI area and wanted to get in touch with other investors and learn how complicated it is to manage the properties in that area.    Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question. I really appreciate this information. In your experience what other areas are good in WI to find a good multi-family investments. My family lives in Brookfield, Pewaukee and Watertown so want to stay in close to those areas.

I am new to multifamily property and as I can't afford to buy one in CA so decided to look in Midwest area Brookfield, WI as my whole family live there.  Problem is I don't know how should I analyze the market and how to get a best deal. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
