Hi,

  I looking into purchasing an apartment building in Wauwatosa WI, west allies WI area and wanted to get in touch with other investors and learn how complicated it is to manage the properties in that area. Anyone wanted to share their good/bad experience and lessons learned? I am new to investing in apartment building.
