I am under contract to buy my first house right now. My closing date is December 14 2017. I am leaving my current job on December 10 and joining my new job from January. I am worried that it will me hard to process the loan. Is there any way to get the loan in middle of all this? Much needed help ASAP. Thank you

@Caleb Griffin thank you for the info Caleb but link does not take me anywhere.

@Stan Sugarman Thank you for the info. It seems like that way

I am fairly new to real estate investment and I want to network with fellow members around Atlanta area. I am almost closing on a house that I am planning to rent it out to Kennesaw States Students. I want to grow rental portfolio in 2018 and also get in to BRRR....

I have been in a Travel Franchise business and My dad been in a Restaurant Franchisee business. I hardly get to see him just because of the amount of time he needs to spend in the business. Even with the full employees, it's hard to profit from business unless you are there running it yourself.
but as a travel franchise, I don't need to worry about hiring people, inventory, or loopholes of loosing money.

BTW this is a great time to book a cruise. :)

Post: How to reach out to Seller directly?

What are the possibilities to talk to seller directly to make the deal happen?

This is my first house I was trying to buy. I did the inspection and have the result. It is old (1956) house and it has more then expected problems. and I want a contractor help to estimate the cost of repair by looking at the inspection sheet so that house price would be drop or present owner would fix it or overall just pass this house. Any Helpers for new buyer?

There is a house that is in a special zoning, which I yet to find out. my guess is, it will be commercial soon. If it is zoned for other purposes, can I still rent it out as a house?

I was wondering the same thing as I started planning for 2018 so I am glad to come across your post. I was thinking about a FHA on a duplex for my second deal.

I still have little bit of time until my 1st purchase and it will most likely be conventional loan as it will be the first one. I have got some great suggesation from this post which will help me plan for 2018.

thank you all so much for all the great info. Most of it is all about down payment. Is it required to put down atleast 20% downpayment on my 2nd purchase?
