Thanks @Jared Townsend for your response, I see that you are an Insurance agent, are you in the business of home insurance? Would you be able to help me in this matter?

Thanks!

Hi,

I'm looking for recommendations for insurance company/agent that will cover home insurance for LLC owned property in Florida.

Thank you very much!

Thanks @Reid Chauvin, @Greg M. and @Theresa Harris for your input, that's what I thought too, the house have ceiling fans, it is not inhabitable, maybe some discomfort, I offered $400 debit.

@Dario Alatorre sorry for the late reply, I have not check this forum lately.

My final structure is parent LLC in WY (manager managed). And the WY LLC is the single member of the child LLC, in my case, in Florida. The FL LLC is member managed.

How about Anderson Advisors, and the like? I like the expertise, and I think I could use the help. but I'm still a small player, just having couple long term rentals, feel like that kind of service is overkill for me.

I've started looking into assets protection and came across a wide range of services. I can certainly spend a lot of time researching and DIY, or use an affordable online service, or I can sign up with knowledgeable advisors that cost thousands.

My question is how much net worth do you think one should have to justify getting the pricey advisor's service?

Hey,

Question for investors who has registered a llc in Wyoming or Nevada as a holding llc, did you select member-managed or manager-managed structure? If manager-managed, did you use a nominee service to serve as the manager for complete anonymity?

Thanks for sharing.
