Thank you guy, I have look through the state prison and found him and he does not have a power of attorney. I am also meeting with my real estate attorney to see what he advises and and documents he could write up. On top of this I found it is scheduled for the tax sale in June so now I got a time crunch.

I found an abandoned property but the own is in jail and I don't know which jail or how to locate him. I was planning on going to sheriff's office to see they seized it and buy it from them. It also has a large amount of back taxes but I can't find out if it will be foreclosed on in the next tax sale. What should I do first.

How can I turn a second lien into a win??

I know that the purchase of a second lien is not the best thing to do but this property has potential. Should I try to find the owner of the first lien. I don’t want to do nothing on it but at the same time I don’t want it to disappear or be foreclosed again the moment I buy it.

What’s y’all’s thought on this matter.

Hi I'm StuArt Edwards and I'm new to the game of investing in real estate.

Where should I invest? I've looked for and made offers in my area but I'm always being bought out by someone else or just don't have the cash to fix up the properties that I find. So I'm not sure if I should look else where or just put my nose to the stone and keep grinding?

When would you say is the best time to start? I'm still in college but I don't want to caught in the rat race that all my friends are so excited to start. On top of all that we're about to be shut down again, so I know that's not good for anyone.

How do I find a partner and what should I look for and or questions to ask? I heard on one of the podcasts that there are different type of partners not just for flipping?

Thank you

StuArt
