Second lien on the Forclouser Sale

How can I turn a second lien into a win??

I know that the purchase of a second lien is not the best thing to do but this property has potential. Should I try to find the owner of the first lien. I don’t want to do nothing on it but at the same time I don’t want it to disappear or be foreclosed again the moment I buy it.

What’s y’all’s thought on this matter.
