A friend and I, have finally began to invest in Real Estate and where we

live, is a I guess you could say a neighborhood(complex) where there are

nice sized single family homes. Most of the houses go for about

300,000+. Around about 2 or 3 years ago i spotted a house around the

street that looks, like no one has been living there, and recently we drove

around and its still the same, but now with a sign. We called the number

come to find out it is Bank Owned. The asking price is $239,900 and the

new additions since the people living there been out was said to us that

the deck has been done over, and new fencing in the backyard. This

week we scheduled a walk thru to see the inside. Being as though the

homes around here are around about 300,000+ and they are asking 239

before we actually get the walk-around and see the inside if anythings

wroung does this seem like a good deal, or should we keep looking?

Any advice is helpful, thanks.

THanks for the advice, Everyone! Im not really under pressure to just make any old choices, I realize that this business takes time and things in that nature. I would never actually put my self out there and make bad choices.

Also, i didnt quit the job I am just going through alot with the manager, to make so little money wheni could put t he time i spend at that job into Real Estate, and be more successful.

And thanks again, I needed those questions, I was looking at Real Estate as its either this or die, its just my uncle was going through much more than me and got into more Real Estate and now is Financial set, to where he makes way more money than he used to. But i cannot contact him because he's always so busy so, on that note i Thank you guys a lot f or telling me what to and what no to do, My friend and I are going to meet later, and talk more.

Thanks

I look toward real estate like its my only and last option, and i wanted to start as quick as possible, wholesaling for quick cash, the 9 to 5 isnt working anymore, I dont get along with none of the managers so this is what ive been studying from the beginning of 2006. Recently i was tempted to walk away from the job, but earlier this week the manager and I got into it, so real estate is my way out.

I've posted a few posts already about starting out so I think I am going to end the start off asking...Is it true that the best way to learn is if you put your self out on the field? I think learning sometimes as you go is the way to go, we are both fast learners, also we have all the basics down and have the plan laid out, I think we are ready mentally also to get in the door of the Real Estate world. Wholesaling is what we are going to focus, any advice?

This website has given me the best of almost every aspect of real estate, I was wondering about any advice from people that have been flipping just starting and have been for a while. THanks

Hi everyone, I am sort of new on to here and ive been learning just about all the right things on this site. A friend and I, have right mind set to actually get started with wholesales investing, but still have no clue how to find the REI classes, or still wondering how to actually get in contact with a HML, and also how to find a agent and what to look for in agents?

Real Estate, is what i truly deep inside want to do, just the right start is what we need help on..Any Advice helps.

Thanks Alot

Bryant
