when i finish college...ma major now is BuSiNeSs...and i want to be a

Real Estate agent, pretty much because I've been around Real Estate all

my life, so it just branched off on me...but majority of the people in my

family are working with property inherited, from oLder family members.

when my family starts to get older i want them to pass the properties

down to me, and going forth with my passion for R.E, will let them know

im serious and I can manage it as well. I was looking to get into basic

Real Estate, but as i learn more and more about real estate i want to do

a little bit of everything commercial, and single family homes. Thanks for

the advice.

-Bryant

My name is Bryant Hamilton, I am 20 yrs oLd in college currently

residing in New Jersey, South to be exact. . I took off from

regular classes this semester to take a break and registered for the Weichert

Real Estate school, which is heLd at my college. I know alot about real estate

already, i have been studying R.E since 2005, even been in a couple

transactions. But i want to do things my own way so, doing that i am

preparing to get my Real Estate License with in the next couple months

after the course. Im not one of the people that are into that Get rich Quick

theory, I am passionate about R.E. I already have my path pretty much

laid out. Any suggestions?

Any heLp is better than none.

THanks

I have been, involved in Real Estate transactions, a little in my past. I am

currently in community college getting an associates degree, possible

transferring, but my major is not that interesting to me anymore, a lot of

what interests me is Real Estate or anything that relates to R.E. I am more

so trying to be a appraiser. What steps are the best to take in starting? I've

gotten advice, but more advice always helps. THanks

Bryant

Thanks, we are definitely going to take some time and think about

long term goals. Wholesaling doesn't sound like a bad idea, I am going

to have to talk that over with my friend and see whats possible. We had

a couple strategies on what we were going to do to try and turn that 6,000

to 30,000. But thanks for the advice, this site really educated us on alot

different angles in the what i call the Real Estate world. Thanks once

again. Look forward to hearing some success stories.

We already have everything straightened out, and everything. The deal is set and we already have an exit strategy in place. I was just asking for help on what we can invest with our money we make off of the deal which is $6,000. Like we want to know what hard money lenders are available and what strategy we can use after the deal, everything is set we are getting the cash off the deal, the strategy on what to do afterwards with the money is what we are looking for. Any Advice is helpful

A friend and I recently started into Real Estate flipping in PA. We have

been mentored by a older family member who has been doing this for

some time. We are closing on our first property in a couple days, and

was wondering what route to take. Our first is just to start us off and

show us, how everything goes by being by my uncles side. We were also

wondering from a veterans view, of what strategy we should do, and

HMLs are available? Any advice is help.

are trying to do is "wholesale" homes. So how do you think we should go

about it?

Ive been interested in Real Estate since my sr. year in high

school I am a sophmore in college right now. A few

weeks ago a friend and I rode around the neighborhood to look at the

houses around here. We seen one and the contact numbers were on the

sign in the front of the house. We called the numbers and appears the

house was bank owned, for a while. We called for a walk thru to see the

inside of the house, and the price they were asking was too much and for

our first house we werent trying to take the foreclosure route, at least not

with that many repairs to be done. Well, we did away with that house

because of the price. Riding around looking for more houses to get

deals toward we signed up to a website that shows us pre-foreclosed,

bank-owned, foreclosed, and auction homes. We found a couple of

pre-foreclosed properties that are beautiful houses, and they are liveable

peope are living in them. Heres where i need advice from the higher

people or the people that have been working in this business for a while.

I have an uncle who has been doing R.E for a while but me and him are

not the best of family right now, and he was going to help me finance for

the first house, meaning he has contact to a HML as well as himself

but unfortunately he is not helping now. So, im wondering how to

go about looking for a HML. So the question is how should I go about

HML, and such of that matter from now on, I am 19 years old, and i dont

have any credit at all.

Any advice would be helpful..THanks

THanks aLot, for your help, i actually thought it all out. We went in and

there were alot of things wrong in the inside and, we are looking away

foreclosed homes that have been for a while. More onto wholesaling is

what we are looking for, told the guy my offer and he wanted too much

the house in the shape that it was in, and for my first house that didnt

seem the right route to go. Thanks for the help i needed it, motivated

we are already focused on two newer properties, in a different

neighborhood. Once again thanks alot, look forward to hearing some

money making stories.
