@Kevin Delaney

Thanks for the info.  Seems that different Agent/Investors in different states all handle this differently.  Some say you can have 2 cards and some say anything you do in real estate at all requires you to disclose your affiliation.  Seems to be a gray area, even trying to get a straight answer out of my broker is difficult.  I was assuming I could work the way you are, but have heard otherwise.  I'll dig into this with my Broker again just to be safe.

Hi - I'm a new Agent/Investor in Georgia and am learning all the new tools I have access to. I'm looking for advice on the best/quickest way to generate comps.

I've been using the Realist section of FMLS and adjusting my preferences.  Is this the best way to do comps, or am I missing something?

Thanks Kevin - So you have a website and business cards that are for investing connected to your investing LLC, and your website and cards do not mention your broker affiliation? Just trying to understand your setup.

Once you get into negotiating you disclose you are an agent and any contracts cover that you are an agent?

Yep, I already got that part down.  I intend to disclose, just trying to design my business cards at the moment and was looking for some helpful advice on what exactly I need to include on the card in GA.

On the business cards, do you know what limitations there are?  I know I have to put my Broker's logo, but do I also have to put their office number?  Anything else?

I will be there.  Should we RSVP somewhere else, or is this forum post good enough?
