@Katy Reid hey Katy lets work together. I'm also about to close on a property soon in JTree and will have to go through the same thing. luckily i know a few people who are already airbnb-ing in the area and can ask them.

John and StevieAnn, did you end up finding a deal for your STR/ABnb? Emy, how is your duplex doing out in 29 Palms? i am interested in finding a STR/Abnb deal as well and would love to partner or gain feedback and lessons learned from your experience thus far.

@John Sharpe hey john thanks for your perspective here. Do you also have STR in crestline? compared to arrowhead and big bear, what's usually the attraction around Crestline for people who come out there?

@Mark Reitman @Nick Brown I know this is an older thread but how are you guys faring thus far in your ABBs? Also, Mark, are there are condo buildings or places that you could recommend I check into that you know does allow STR/ABBs and won't plan to change that? where do you have yours? maybe i can look into any open condos in the same buildings you guys have?

@Colin Lubinski hi Colin, i know this is an old thread. have there been any recent changes with regulations in Chicago area for ABB? I'm looking to do ABB and wanted to see if the current market in the area for a condo ABB would still provide a good return, given covid and all.
