I am a wholesaler and looking for Investors/Buyers who are interested in properties in the South East Louisiana area.

Sometimes you can find out about a property through you county court records. It may show the attorney assigned to the property and you can reach out there to see if the property is in pre-foreclosure status.

I am excited to be apart of the BP family. I see there is so much you can learn on here.This site has gives a lot of helpful information. I have been involved in the financing side when it comes to real estate, now I want to be involved in the wholesaling side when it comes to starting out in Louisiana.  Now I am asking for your help and assistance with so many questions going through my mind.  I have a love for residential and commercial real estate. I am close to the New Orleans area going towards Metarie, Slidell and more. If there is someone  in these areas or surrounding that could point in the right direction as to where to start, how it works in Louisiana when it comes to locating properties, and the list goes on. Someone who was in my shoes, now have the system down to a tee, please help  and maybe some hands on experience in pursuit of my first deal.  So any do's and don'ts, advice, or useful info will be greatly appreciated.
