I can help you in Lorain we manage about 1000 units in lorain

Depends on what you are comfortable with. If you want easy rentals stay in Amherst or go to Lorain and deal with some low income. But lorain has some very nice areas. Elyria has a bunch of great investments

Sure make sure if your going to buy out of town get with someone you trust so you dont buy in a bad area

You can put a sump pump in the basement at the lowest point that will fix the problem. I have had to do this to many properties in lorain

Good investment buy your own stuff new some you get Lowe’s water usage it’s well worth the investment

Elyria and Lorain are both cities that are very easy to work with. Rents are lower than Cleveland.

They also have great section 8 office to deal with
