Thank you @KeithBelzner.  Maybe we'll be Brian's coaching clients together!

@davidward I am looking for the best opportunities I can find.  I'm open to just about anything and I have money to invest if necessary. Keep in mind I am in California and I'm finding that the opportunities are not great here . . . .

I am a newbie in this business and I have been looking for a mentor/coach to guide me and help me navigate the rough waters of Los Angeles real estate.  I had a VERY interesting 60 minute conversation with Brian Gibbons, who laid out his strategy for what he teaches his students, which was a completely unique and really the only specific strategy I have heard to actually compete and make money in the LA market.  I was impressed and am inclined to choose Brian as my coach, but the program is not cheap, so before I hire Brian I'm wondering if there is anyone out there that has been or is his coaching client currently and can give me some insight into the strengths and weaknesses of his program.

Thanks!

Thank you Brian.  Can you give me a list of books you are checking out of the library? that would be extremely helpful.

Thank you John.  That sounds like very good advice.

I'm a complete newbie to real estate investing and I want to jump in and make it my career as soon as possible, here in Los Angeles.  I found Phil P. online and have read many forum threads here about him. I'm extremely interested in participating in his program because it  seems like a really aggressive way to learn this business, despite his hefty fees.

What should I do?
