The property as a whole has a duplex and multiple large barns on it that are currently being used for storage or business purposes. For example, one barn is currently being used as a hardware supply store, another is being used to store home construction supplies etc. The owner would like to sell everything as a package including the inventory from the hardware store and the home construction supplies. I have a seller that wants to sell his property, 3.3 acres which includes a house with two units, and three structures/barns/garages converted into businesses. He rents out two and converted one into a hardware supply business. He wants to include the hardware supply inventory in the deal, but I am not sure how to assess the inventory or the structures for that matter.
