Properly setting up your Chart of Accounts in Quickbooks is very important! You want to be sure that your Balance Sheet accounts rolls properly to your Profit and Loss Accounts.

As a Proadvisor, Quickbooks Online is your best bet. 

Honestly, it would be unfair to give an opinion on the other accounting software since I'm not familiar with them

The key is to capture Revenue and any associated direct cost by project and comparing profitability.

Yes, Quickbooks Online is your best bet!

Because the Feds didn't increase the borrowing rate this week in order stimulate the housing market, one would expect an uptick in home buying this Spring. However, if we experience a sluggish market, I think it would be a precursor to a possible recession. JMHO
