Any opinion on this?

As we know, quite a number of landlords are owed months of rental income due to the Moratorium.

Will fed-up landlords begin listing their multi-family and/or rentals on the market?

Will there be an increase of multi-family homes for sale in the forthcoming months?

NJ just enacted the "New Jersey Foreclosure Prevention Act" in anticipation of the wave of foreclosures after the Moratorium Expires. Under the law, the newly established program will allow the NJHMFA to purchase foreclosed residential properties in order to assist residents in retaining control of the properties. Any taughts are welcome.

Is anyone aware of this? Included with the new Stimulus Bill (Heroes Act) is to

extend the Eviction Moratorium through 2021. Maybe I'm wrong

As per Pub 535. You amortize 180 days from the first day of operations.

I second that, lot's of screw-ups out there!

I have a few short sales listed...RE agents are still needed.

Has the Mortgage Debt Forgiveness Act been extended? That would be good news for those who need to do a Short Sales.

Hi Satha,

What are you specifically looking for?

It would be a BIG MISTAKE...will social social security be around 32 years from now? Also, you'll take a big

hit on TAXES and that 10% early withdrawal...OUCH!
