Thanks for the input. Its always been my fear to have that tenant that won't pay and you can't get them out.

Thanks mike. I too have heard good things about investing in the Ohio area. Can you give me some more insight on it. Detroit is where I was considering.  Ohio is also on my radar

Someone told me to stick with metro Detroit. that seems to be a large area. Wanted to narrow it down a bit. Thanks for the replies friends.
