Align Foundation Repair and MCR Foundation both should be able to quote you under $200 per pier.

After you type in your login information are you are clicking on 'Ntreis Innovi' rather then 'Netreis Listings'? Ntreis Innovia is a little different but it works on my Mac while Ntreis Listings does not.

Hello All,

I have been wholesaling in the DFW market for 8 months. I'v made a handful of sales, mostly in the last few months. Now that most of my 'buyers' are working on projects, I am focusing on building my pool of investors to blast out emails and make personal calls when I have a new deal.

Does anyone have any good ideas on how to find new leads? If so, does anyone have a good strategy to source quality leads as opposed to 'tire kickers'?

I market online at MyHouseDeals.com, Facebook, DFWInvestors.net and Craigs List. I also attend networking events from time to time like Roddy Round Up.

Any ideas, tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Texas Title (Formally Providence Title) and Alamo Title close 15 to 30 double closes monthly for us. Both of them are quick, responsive and reliable. I haven't used a lot of different title companies but I know these two do great work. Let me know if you want there direct contact info.

Good Luck!

I would suggest "Roddy Round Up." Its held once a month in Addison (close to the Tollway and Belt Line) and its free. Great topics, lots of venders and like minded folks. You can find more information on MeetUp.com.
