Im looking at some of the deals they show in CA and they seem a little to good to be true.   (the few that aren't mobile homes).  Has anyone been able to confirm if these deals are real?  I guess its worth a call.

If your flipping a high end house than yes, I would consider it a selling point. I would never put one in a rental. They are tricky to use and could take some time to get used to. If you don't hit the minimum flows required to turn it on, say a low flow shower head or faucet, you end up blasting the water just to get it to turn on. Also, in cold climates, if you turn the water off for a second to try and conserve, you will get a blast of cold water for the period of time that it takes the heater to turn back on. Long story short, Flip yes, rental/primary no.

Just wondering, but why would you need an out of state person to sign the docs? Is there a restriction on what an entity can own?

I would suggest refinishing them and just go with a new wood door of your choice. Unless they are odd sizes the brand should matter.

Something looks off. You have 200k as the purchase price and 197k as the loan amount? Is one of these incorrect or are you actually only putting 1.5%down?

I am looking to get into turnkey real estate and have been looking primarily into 2 companies.   Cash Flow Savvy and Real Wealth Network.   I would love to hear from anyone that has actually invested with either of these companies and what your experience was like?
