It's really tough to recommend just one or two.  I've definitely learned something from each podcast that I would recommend starting from the beginning.  A lot of the interviewees talk about 2008-09 crash and how they survived it.  Although, the first podcast start off 2013 there's still relevant info that apply in todays world.

Morning BP members,

I'm new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself.  I was recently introduced to BP podcast by a friend and my OCD has forced me to start from the very first podcast and now I'm bout hooked and have made it to #70 while reading Rich Dad/Poor Dad.

I'm a licensed realtor here in Victoria, have one rental under my belt and about to put my home on the market next month and would like to purchase a MDU (less than 5 units) as my next investment.

I'm sure I'll have several questions in the future but for now Hello Everyone and it's nice to be surrounded by many expert investors!
