Has anyone had experience with submetering multiple units that are currently landlord paid. I am buying a 30 unit complex with multiple buildings. Any recommendations for contractors to provide this kind of work?

Not sure that answers the question. I am unsure about whether the regulatory burden,tax implications of financing used etc make it worthwhile.
