Real estate agent recommendation Hickory, NC

Hi,

I am trying to get my feet wet in real estate by buying my first rental property.  I'm planning on doing some house hacking and buying hopefully a duplex or triplex in the Hickory, NC area.  I have enough down payment saved and I'm currently looking for recommendations on a great real estate agent to help find properties and also maybe a trustworthy contractor in case I want to rehab.
