@Chris Mason on a tangent here. Funny that Facebook considers you a lawyer if you are not. I was a lawyer several years before I had the epiphany that I was in sales. Law professors have no knowledge of marketing and do not teach it at all. Successful lawyers, like successful rei investors, market constantly and with a plan.

I was just out in Sedona in May. People everywhere. Took the side roads up there from Phoenix. Surrounding towns are building out. I did the numbers on my TripAdvisor rental. Pretty good.

Years ago in Cincinnati, near UC, they played loud classical music to get people off the streets. It worked!

I used to have some cases down there when I practiced law in Atlanta 15 years ago. I am interested in what you find out. It’s a nice area. Close to St. Simon’s Island and in between Savannah and Amelia Island. A lot of Port shipping there.
