Thanks Chris. Do lenders still do no-cost refinancing? Do some loans not allow you to refinance?

I currently have a condo in FL under contract using a 10% down payment JUMBO loan on a second home. The loan has a higher than normal interest rate. Question is - how long do I have to wait to refinance the condo? Are there still no-cost refinancing? My hope is to get into the property at 10% down and then refinance to get a better interest rate. Thoughts?

I am looking to purchase a second home in FL which I would need a Jumbo Loan.

Does anybody have contacts or experience in dealing with a second home, Jumbo Loan, that only requires 10% down?

I have a very high credit score, therefore that shouldn't be hurdle in the deal.

Does anybody know where I can get a Jumbo Loan on a second home with 10% down? I have a high 700 credit so that shouldn't be an issue. Please let me know.
