I’m renting out my first house and I have a couple of applicants with seemingly good applications.

What should I double check on when meeting them in person and showing the house?

Any feedback would be great, I’m looking to interview them early this week

I'm closing on my first deal at the end of the month. It's an SFR, 3/1 with a 3 car garage and studio in the back.

I leave for BMT for the Air Force at the end of August, so I’ll need a good property manager for about 6 months while I’ll be gone.

My question is, what do I need to look for in a property manager, and what do I need to require of them?
