What to require in a property mananger

I'm closing on my first deal at the end of the month. It's an SFR, 3/1 with a 3 car garage and studio in the back.

I leave for BMT for the Air Force at the end of August, so I’ll need a good property manager for about 6 months while I’ll be gone.

My question is, what do I need to look for in a property manager, and what do I need to require of them?
