oh yea I have this bigger pocket has deff help out i found the list of the top 20 books so I'll be knocking one of those out each month and the pod cast have been a plus  I feel like Im missing something else we talked about can you trow something out there ? 

I'm currently residing in Ohio in the north west of the state .With so much info out there I'm would like to know what' steps should I take to prep my self to get ready for my fist deal in real estate. I'm thinking fix and filp my first two deals (like back to back)...I keep seeing homes on forclouser sites.. I say in about 11 or 12 months I'll start by this time I can work my negative credit score up from a scary mid 500 and have sum capital set aside to use as a down payment and for rehab.. just would like to be referd to a few good books pod cats YouTube videos etc..I'm currently attending the real estate meets here but they are once a month. So bp thank you for having me and throw the suggestions at me pros. Thanks ;)

I'm a retailer for a cadalic delarship in my city I'm make fair money per car.. I'm using the summer to work more to build up my nest egg so I can have a decent amount of flow to play with 14 months from now... I guess till then I'll just learn from the entry level point till I get pointed in the right direction in real estate on what I should be doing and reading in particular
