Please see the picture above and advise on what the "Very Hot " (market temp) means?

I know this is probably a dumb question to most of yoou but I don't understand if this means is a good time to buy or good time to sell

Any tips or advise will be much appreciated

 Thanks

Does anyone know the best website to find out where the new upcoming hot areas are to invest in real estate (in central / North Jersey)? I want to invest somewhere that has a good chance for high appreciation in the years to come. I don't want to buy in a dying area.

Thanks all

Probably should just stick to something easy like playing the lotto or something, because this game aint easy breezyyy.

@John Thedford

how do you offer all cash? does this mean you would have to use a hard lender? can you please go into little more detail on how exactly you would do this?

Thanks

I am in the process of going through a FHA loan myself and things you must know is: if you get any kind of mortgage that your putting less then 20% down, YOU WILL have some sort of PMI or mortgage insurance.

welcome to BP

Maybe you can find a partner that has the funds... if it is a good enough deal I am sure you wont have too much trouble finding someone. Let everyone around you know what your doing and show them that your passionate about what your doing, this goes a long way. If you don't want to back out then don't back out, Never say you CANT do it, be persistent on finding a way that you CAN do it!

As far as being scared and nervous........totally normal lol, I am also in the process of my first deal.
