You should never pay for a tenant utility.

This is an extra headache that you don't need.

The problem becomes more apparent when the host animal leaves. You must be treated weekly until all the eggs hatch and the problem is solved.

I will change the carpet and pat it to help eliminate it.

@Spencer Hoogveld I also use Tellus for rent collection. I can keep track of the rent payment through the dashboard and the notifications. It will send reminders before payment day and also automatically charge late fee from tenants if they miss rent. I can easily see who have paid and who have not from the app. I choose block partial payment on the app too.

Their financial reports also so clear for me to see all my property related statements.

Best marketing websites, good pictures, and reasonable price of your property. After screening the tenants, you could have some own criteria for them and prepare some questions to ask, I'll say meeting in person before choosing your tenant.

Also use Tellus for my rental property. Super easy app and all the features I've been using so far are free!

I've never used Cozy but I use Tellus for rent collection and other property management stuff. When my tenants pay late, the app will automatically charge late fees and also send my tenants' reminders before the payday.

You can show the electrician's report to her, and must report to her side. No matter whether she refuses or accepts it, she is looking for an electrician. Let the electrician announce the result. There's no problem with the electricity of your house. So if you issue any guarantees, it will be more effective. Maybe the problem is not big. You need to communicate with the tenant and be patient.

@Courtney Duong Why not use some online rental platforms? You can go to a lawyer, but there are definitely no platforms that use the Internet. You can not charge your rent without delay, you can also pay attention to the tenant's dynamics in real time, you can even uninstall the app after registering the information, similar to the software such as tellus can achieve such a function, I suggest you Try it out.

@Rob Jones Hey, I saw a lot of round-trip conversations. I feel that this problem will really cost you a lot of money, but there is no way to change a property manager. Clearly your contract may be a reminder, but the next time you sign a contract. It is best to add a clause that they are not entitled to deduct profits from other property to pay the fee without prior approval.
