@Jeffrey Holst I will say that I've not met my pace goals for posting on BP. I still plan on achieving the goal though. I knocked out 2 books, one real estate one business, over the last month. The podcasts have been on almost every second I'm in my car, so that is going well. Still trying to find a property that works for me, not much of an update in this area. Thanks for following up, this made me realize how easy it is to fall behind without accountability. 

I am looking to get some renovations done around the Clarksville, TN area.  If anyone has suggestions on what to look out for or references on contractors in the area, that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

@Laith Ali I do know many people that wouldn't be able to produce $400 on request but I can safely say that I am not one of those. Sad part is many people don't even think they can make the changes to improve their financial state. 

Hey Jacob, the BP podcast has lots of valuable info to soak up. I’m in TN as well, Clarksville, looking to setup a network here and Nashville.

@Jeffrey Holst I like your goals and that you posted on BP for accountability. I am working my way through all the podcasts as well, working from newest to oldest though. Posting more on BP is a goal of mine as well, aiming for 52 posts trying to post at least once a week. My big goal for 2018 is to get my fist multi-family property before November. Reading more real estate and business related books is something I am trying to implement into my daily routine with an overall goal of reading 12 books this year. Thanks for posting and look forward to your updates.

I am looking to get some rentals in the Clarksville, TN area and have found some decent listings. I am not too familiar with the neighborhoods close to downtown and need some advice on places that I should avoid for a first time investor. I have been analyzing properties daily for the last two weeks straight, I have a good idea on what the properties should sell for but I’m still unsure of which neighborhoods provide the best opportunity. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
