Hopeful Future Investor from Knoxville, TN

Hello Any and All,

I would like to introduce myself: I'm 25 years old and a father of one. I live in Knoxville, TN, but am originally from southeastern Kentucky. I moved into the Knoxville area back in 2017. I currently work at FirstBank (based out of Nashville, TN) as a Portfolio Manager, specializing in real estate acquisitions of mobile home communities. Over the past year, my eyes have been opened to the world of real estate and how much potential lies in it (of course, if you stay dedicated to it). Right now for me, it's more about using the resources available to me to educate myself further. It's hard to be on the outside looking in, but when you don't have resources to jump in, you have to use your time wisely now to prepare yourself.

I am currently looking to network with anyone in the Knoxville and surrounding area (honestly anyone). Just looking to learn all I can about real estate. I would like to eventually move into SFH or MFH rentals. I will say, after seeing the potential from my current position, I'm also interested in mobile home communities, but I believe that's definitely longer term for me.

Right now, I'm just focused learning all I can. Good rule of thumb to not blindly jump into things. If anyone wants to talk, don't hesitate to reach out!

Thanks!
