@Account Closed I don’t know that the Notice of Default would be recorded or advertised….the Notice of Sale will be.

I see. Another commentor @Michael Ehrhart suggested PropertyRadae and Propstream. I’ve heard of these two a tiny bit.

As for the nos in your area, do you simply go onto your county recorder’s website?

Local Newspapers for current notices and PropertyRadar or Propstream for current or previous notices.

Thanks for ur reply.
Newspapers? Lol.

Which of the two from the PropertyRadae or Propstream do you use mostly?

I'm looking to find properties with a notice of default,  do we simply use the LA County Recorder's website? I can't seem to find anything.

Can anyone give their thoughts on house flipping in the South Bay area? Are the margins worth it? Is there still an abundance of buyers after a flip?

Stephen we have great local REIA and FIBI chapters that meet monthly and are amazing for networking with real estate investors and all of the associated professionals.

Thanks for the heads up, there's one in Torrance right?

Hi, I'm new to real estate and am working on getting my license. Is there anyone in the South Bay area i.e. Torrance, Palos Verdes, Redondo, Lomita, that I can connect with to learn more?
