Hey BP! I'm actively looking for my first investment property, ideally a STR. I already got pre approved for a conventional loan but I don't want to spend the majority of my cash savings on a down payment. What are the best alternate options for minimal money down on a property? Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Bigger Pockets! Anyone familiar with Harris County Delinquent Tax Sales in the Houston area? Is there REI opportunities at these auctions? Are the auctions pretty competitive? Any experiences or advice on this is much appreciated!

Hi BP family! I'm Stephen and I live in Spring, TX - Houston area. I'm completely new to real estate investing. Just got introduced to BP and have enjoyed all the new learnings so far! I'd like to get started with a rental property to start some cashflow. Any resources or tips for finding funding, properties, contractors, etc in the Houston area?
