Hi BP family! I'm Stephen and I live in Spring, TX - Houston area. I'm completely new to real estate investing. Just got introduced to BP and have enjoyed all the new learnings so far! I'd like to get started with a rental property to start some cashflow. Any resources or tips for finding funding, properties, contractors, etc in the Houston area? Looking forward to hearing from you all :)
