Appreciate all the feedback on this post! And many of you are correct that there are lots of people doing this, it does take some people a very long time, and there are many people on BP with few posts. But everything in RE is saturated. Single-family is saturated. SMF is saturated. Self-storage is saturated. MHPs are saturated. Real estate agents are saturated. Everything is saturated. But that does not mean that people cannot continue to get into REI. If everyone had that mindset then no one would ever be able to invest in RE again. For most people, it does take a very long time to get into CRE, but are they fully committed with exceptional clarity? I know many people who have started in CRE and grown substantially in the same timeframe. Should we all continue to lower our goals because that is what the majority of people do? Or, should we elevate our goals to truly see what is possible of accomplishing and inspire others? Also, it is possible some people may not be as active on BP or other forums because they are spending more time on lead gen, deal finding, deal analysis, underwriting, etc. instead of spending more time posting on forums. I say all of this to say that there are amazing people out there who can accomplish extraordinary things when they first believe and are 100% certain that they can regardless of what others think. And those are the people I am interested in talking to and meeting. People willing to go big and do the impossible. People looking to do something extraordinary. People looking to change the narrative of what's possible. Goodluck with your guys youtube video though sounds like that and the food in TX will be a great time!
