Hello! I'm switching CPAs and am looking for a great CPA in the greater Los Angeles area, especially those that work with clients who have SFRs. Better yet, I'd love it if they own a couple of SFRs themselves! Can anyone provide recommendations? Thanks so much!

Hi all! I am a real estate investor who has purchased three properties through Norada (closing on my third this month). I have not had the same problems that Sean has had and I have found Norada to be on top of it and ready to serve--this appears to be true of Marco, but it also is true of his staff. I have been working with Michael Ristau, and anytime I had a question or a slight bit of a concern, he was on the phone immediately and talked me through my questions or immediately dealt with the PM. I'm not affiliated with Norada whatsoever, other than that I purchased property through them, and so far, I am a happy customer. I would also recommend you check out their podcasts. Marco knows what he's talking about!

John Torres I'm in the same spot! I live in Southern California and it wasn't making sense to invest here. So I worked with turnkey providers. I started with Maverick and then with Norada. I preferred working with Norada because they are very involved. Being a first-time investor, I really needed that! To date, I have closed two properties with Norada (my third one about to close) and the property with Maverick won't close until April. Message me if you want to discuss my experience with these providers.

Does the app allow you to view webinars? I'm on the road a lot, and this would be a great feature for PRO members!
