@Steve Vaughan Oh wow! Was this in a mobile home park or just a mobile home moved onto a piece of land? I see tons of them for sale but the owners of the parks say I can’t rent a mobile home.

Hello everyone! So I have a question that I cant seem to find a straight answer to. My question is when purchasing a property, can the money you receive as a gift from the gifter be a loan? For example: I would buy a house then a family member would take out a loan to give to me but I would not pay back the loan, the family member would. I also am not sure if lenders do credit checks on gifters. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

I do currently have a house with my fiancé but it is in his name only. I have thought about buying a house in my name but I don’t want to jump from house to house. Not quite sure what to do.

The issue I have is that I do not have 20-25% of finances to put down for a down payment. I do however have a solid team to get a rental started since my goal is to buy and hold.

Very nice! How do you plan on financing your property? If you don’t mind me asking. That is the trouble I am facing.
