@David Kosiorek - how is it working with BofA and the other big banks?  We've always gone thru the smaller local banks ... do they make you wait some number of months for seasoning?  Require specific LTVs?

I'm reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and just got to the chapter on personal corporations. I wondering if people are setting up some kind of a family corporation (and how that works), or just business corps for the RE investments? LLC or a C-corp? How do you find good attorneys to do this, separating the great from those who barely passed the bar?
