New Investor in Midlothian, VA (Richmond area)

I'm new to BP and REI, but have been interested for a while now. Two years ago, I moved to Midlothian, VA (Richmond) and rented out my first home reluctantly. Even though that property doesn't cash flow, it more than covers the mortgage and has given me a taste of being a landlord.

I'm starting to look for properties to flip as well as potential buy-and-hold properties in and around Richmond.  I'm also looking to soak up as much knowledge as possible as well as local recommendations on GCs, subs, and agents. Please feel free to reach out to me and connect!
