Investing newbie from Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania; 15-20 minutes outside of Philadelphia! I’m very excited and anxious to really start investing in real estate and shake off this analysis paralysis. I’ve been listening to the BP podcast and doing a lot of reading but now it’s time to hold my feet to the fire! I'm very interested in buying and holding mainly small multi-unit properties. Right now I would like to either either invest right here in Drexel Hill or neighboring towns.

So the big “WHY” I want to invest in Real Estate…just like I’m sure so many have said before: I don’t want to stay in the corporate world, I want free time for my family and friends, actually do what I want to do, want to spend time with my kids (when I have them), financial freedom (absolutely) but there’s a bigger WHY for me. I have lived in Pennsylvania for about 6 years now (originally from Jersey!) and have a passion for making a difference, making a change, and just helping. That’s where real estate comes into play for me. There are a lot of opportunites for me and others to buy a lot of these houses, fix them up, rent them out and rebuild these towns. So bottom line be able to make a difference and make a profit….YES PLEASE!

Again, I’m very excited and motivated to get going and become hands-on to gain experience. I’m very hard working, a great organizer and planner, a people person, and don’t have a problem working from the ground up in order to learn the ropes. I look forward to my growth and building lasting business relationships.

I'm very interested in learning more about performing notes, do I have to register or be part of Diversified Investors Groups to attend?
