Hey everyone. I've been trying like hell to find a lender for a cash-out re-fi on an LLC owned property in the Cleveland, OH. Does anyone have any recommendations or referrals?

Hello and Happy 2021! I’m looking for an investor-friendly agent in Cleveland, OH. My husband and I have done flips, short term rentals as well as short term lending on real estate projects.
