@Account Closed I've driven by homes in Oakland and anything west of 580 didn't seem like great neighborhoods. Does that not matter? People are willing to buy in those neighborhoods if the homes are rehabbed? Do you have any areas you avoid altogether in Oakland? Or any you target?

Where have you found the best profit margins when flipping for under $600k within a few hours driving distance from the Bay Area?

Who would you highly recommend for leasing multiple units at once in Kansas City? 

Working on a BRRR - will have 2 model units ready and then roll out the rest through November. Need to get leases signed ASAP before winter. Looking for someone or a company that is quick at getting leases, has great online marketing skills, and would have the time to dedicate to it.

What do you think about rent control passing in California? What do you think will be the repercussions?
