I don't have experience, but I am willing to make phone calls if the position is  still open. With some training of course.

Did you already find someone? or could i be of assistance?

i know you posted this awhile ago but was wondering if you still needed someone if you had anymore deals going on. I am rookie with investing, but I would be happy to help if needed.

Did you find someone?

Oh man I was really hoping for a reply in this one. I am curious to. I only have 15k to invest in myrtle beach but I want a good cashflowing rental and those cost way more.

Hey thanks for the input, I thought i replied but guess I didn't. I have a real estate agent but not sure if shes perfect for me. My problem is that i want a house but only have around 15k maybe 20k to put down unfortunately because my sister and cousin backed out. Although i guess i just never thought about a condo before. Also because its my first rental and dont have the proper funds i am trying to figure out all my options and find a partner.

Hello, I plan on being a pro member soon,

everyone that was suppose to go in on a short term rental backed out, my sister, cousin and friend, mostly because they are scared and don't understand numbers, although I am still getting use to analyzing properties myself. My question is What is the best way to find money at least for the down payment when i don't have enough myself and even if the numbers looked amazing on vacation rental, I probably shouldn't go high for my first investment right? For example i was looking at houses in between 200k and 400k and wouldn't want to go into the 500k -600k range right? even if short term rentals are pretty profitbale. I found a few homes but they have gone by so fast Now there are not that many options, I was thinking of investing in a beach house in ocean lakes family campground? Has anyone heard of them or have a property with them currently? I really want to make a move and invest in a vacation rental this year, no excuses so i am tryuing the best i can to be conistent and researching daily. Last question, does anyone know the best area to invest in, in myrtle beach, south end, mid or north end? Specific neighborhoods? whatever. Sorry for the extremely long message, I just feel like im going backwards now that i dont have anyone to go in on a deal with me

@Sam Fickel No I want to learn the right way to do things. I never want to be involved in any illegal activity it was just a thought that popped up in my head. There is plenty of other ways to get the investment property that i can find, just need to do the research. My husband and I were just turned down for a 180k loan due to him getting out of the army in the next year, soo that is where we are at in our process.

Thanks for the quick responses. I want to do everything the legal way. I will just do a conventional loan because I am trying to get a few investment properties before I leave. Thank you again.

Hello, i have never bought a home but i have been looking in Raeford, NC. I was stationed there when i was in the army and now I want to buy my first rental property there within the next 60 days preferrably two within the same neighborhood. I currently live in Washington due to my husband being stationed here, but will be getting out in July of next year. We are applying for a loan and have a question..

Is it possible to use the VA Loan, say we will be living in it but we can't because we live in WA, do $0 down, use our money to BRRR and then refinance with another loan company so that the VA is paid off and we no longer need to live in the house? Or is there is also a period of time where you also can't refinance either? Has anyone done this before?
