Looking for investors for fix and Flips. I have the Real Estate team all set up and ready, all I need in the funding. I would like some feed back the going rates of interest and points (if any). Right now I think 8% interest with a bonus of 5% at closing would be a good start. Let me know if interested or any advise. Thanks
