I own a condo in Atlantic City NJ which I paid for in cash . It is worth 55k , rented for 900 month. I own a condo in Brooklyn NY . It is worth 400k , rented for 2000 a month. I owe 185k on the mortgage . How can I use these two properties to buy my third investment property .

Thanks . I just closed on the property today . I have the forms ready to appeal the taxes in January . I will definitely be in touch as I will be ready to buy another property in a couple of months .

I am buying a one bedroom condo in Atlantic city NJ . I am buying the space for 55k plus $2500 in closing costs .Taxes are $2300 per year and maintenance is $3500 per year . It is currently being rented for $900 a month , with ten months remaining on lease . I am trying to build cash flow . Is this a good investment for me ? Can anyone give me some advice . I close in two days!!!

Buying a mixed use 2 stores 4 apts 100% occupied for 400k Taxes are 20k year expenses 10k year (water /electric/gas Insurance 4k year My down payment is 25% Rent roll is 72k year Am I missing something? Any advice much appreciated . Thanks

I have been thinking about cash buying 8 to 10 properties in Trenton,NJ. Can anyone share their experience,and possibly some advice as to which neighborhoods I should focus on and what areas to stay away from . thanks

my agent has a plot of land in NJ zoned for mix use office / residential  going for 100k , cost of building out this property is between 125k to 150k  ,comparables show similar properties in the area selling for 375k to 425k.As a new investor how should I approach this deal.thank you .any advice would be much appreciated.

If I have a seller looking to hold a second mortgage for 20% and I put down 10% , are there any banks or institutions willing to give me a loan structured this way for the remaining 70%. I am new to real estate investing
