I own a condo in Atlantic City NJ which I paid for in cash . It is worth 55k , rented for 900 month. I own a condo in Brooklyn NY . It is worth 400k , rented for 2000 a month. I owe 185k on the mortgage . How can I use these two properties to buy my third investment property .
