My final objective is to make BRRRR, but I'm looking to do a couple of flips before to make some money that would help me fund my first BRRRR. @Caleb Heimsoth what do you mean by marketing for wholesaling?

Hi Everyone! It's a pleasure to be here. I'm new to the real investing world, and am currently trying to educate myself in all possible ways and also looking to build a network here. I'm from the Essex County, and trying to leave the analysis paralysis state! But I confess that it's scary! I don't have too much money to start with (around 15k to 20k) and the idea of getting a loan to go after my first deal is also concerning.

I absolutely love the idea of BRRRR but reading a lot of posts here and in other blogs, it seems to me that this strategy is better if you already have some savings, which is not my case. I'm also considering partnerships to split the risks (and hopefully rewards) of my first deal.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello, and I'm absolutely loving to learn from you guys.

Excellent topic. I was just wondering if there's still space to invest in Real Estate in NJ. As a beginner (looking to start investing soon, currently on learning, reading blogs, books, and trying to educate myself a lot before putting my head out of the cave) this is one of my main concerns, if there's still space for new investors for both BRRRR and Flipping.
